Design and manufacture of carbon fibre components
KarbonWorks: we are a company that deals with the design and production of carbon fibre components for the racing sector concerning MOTO GP/2/3, AUTOMOTIVE, INDUSTRIAL and NAVY. We carry out design, reverse engineering, FEM structural calculations, topological analysis, CAD-CAM machining, make carbon/vtr moulds and produce parts in composite material. We have 2 autoclaves (1500x5000 and 900x2500), a moulding press, an air-conditioned environment, a cutting plotter for carbon skins and deburring departments, a workshop with 2 CNCs and a moulding shop. KarbonWorks provides a complete service from idea to realisation.
